SEMA Show · Las Vegas Convention Center

SEMA Show in Las Vegas Video & Photo Coverage

Booth videography & photography, product reveals, vehicle walkarounds, and buyer interviews shot at the SEMA Show inside the Las Vegas Convention Center, planned around your hall, booth number, and load-in window.

Cross X Agency is a Las Vegas video production company based in the valley. Exhibitors hire our local automotive video and photo crew to staff SEMA week, so the reveals, demos, and conversations on the show floor become a content library the team uses for the rest of the year.

    FAQ

    Common questions

Earlier is better. Credentials, load-in windows, and reveal timing all take coordination against your booth number and hall. We plan the shoot list, package, and turnaround before the show. But we have helped clients with last minute bookings as well!

Booth passes usually come from your exhibitor allotment. Any media credentials or hall-specific rules are confirmed against the show's exhibitor documentation before the shoot day.

SEMA automotive coverage is led by Caden, Lead Automotive Media Director at Cross X Agency, with a DP at minimum and a photographer or second camera added when the package or scope calls for it.

First planned deliverable is per the package: 24 hours on The Reveal Kit, a same-day clip plus 24-hour delivery on The Booth Library, and daily drops on The Convention Takeover. The full library follows after the show.

Finished cuts, stills, and any sponsor deliverables are delivered to a Google Drive under your account.

Send the show, booth number, dates, and what needs to be captured through the lead form. We come back with a scoped plan and package.
