    F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix · November 19 to 21, 2026

F1 Las Vegas Brand Activation Videography and Content Production

Coverage of suites, hospitality, sponsor activations, and private brand events across race weekend, cut on a schedule that matches partner deliverables.

Cross X Agency is a Las Vegas production crew available for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, running November 19 to 21, 2026 on the Strip street circuit. We cover the parts of the weekend you control: your suite, your activation, your guests, and your partner obligations.

    What needs to be captured

What we can cover across race weekend.

    Brand suites and hospitality

Guest arrivals, executive moments, and the room energy during the broadcast, filmed in the space your team controls.

    Sponsor activations

Consumer-facing activations and partner takeovers held in venues and footprints you have booked.

    Private brand events

Founder dinners, partner nights, and invite-only launches scheduled around race weekend.

    Where planning matters

What rights and access actually mean here.

Race and session footage needs rights

Filming the cars on track, restricted circuit areas, and broadcast content is controlled by the rights holders. We do not shoot that unless your organization holds the accreditation and permission and shares it in writing.

What we can cover is still substantial

Client-controlled suites, hospitality spaces, activation footprints, interviews, and private events are yours to film. That is where most of the sponsor value lives anyway.

    Night conditions and street closures

A night race on closed Strip streets changes lighting, movement, and load-in. Glass, lighting, and crew routing are planned before the weekend starts.

    Plan, capture, deliver

How coverage runs across the weekend.

    1. Plan the weekend

Access, venue footprint, shot list, sponsor spec sheet, and delivery windows confirmed. Anything requiring rights holder permission is settled before we plan around it.

    2. Capture the days scoped

Director and DP inside the suite or activation for the days included, with second-unit coverage in public areas where scoped and permitted.

    3. Edit and deliver on schedule

First planned deliverable per the chosen package, then remaining cuts, sponsor deliverables, and any hero recap after the weekend wraps.

    FAQ

    Common questions

The 2026 event runs November 19 to 21, 2026 on the Las Vegas Strip street circuit. Confirm session times and any venue specifics through the official Formula 1 and ticketing pages.

No, not without rights. Race and session footage, broadcast content, and restricted circuit areas are controlled by the rights holders. If your organization holds accreditation that covers a crew, share it and we will work within it.

Client-controlled spaces: your suite, hospitality, activation footprint, partner events, interviews, and private brand events. For most sponsors that is where the deliverables actually come from.

Earlier is better. Access, venue footprints, sponsor specs, and delivery windows all take coordination, and Las Vegas crew availability that weekend is tight.

Cross X Agency is a Las Vegas production crew available for race weekend. We do not claim any relationship with Formula 1 or the Las Vegas Grand Prix, and we do not claim credentialed circuit access.

Send the weekend footprint, dates, and what needs to be captured through the lead form. We come back with a scoped plan and package.
