    Full-service activation

One event. One plan from the boothto the follow-up.

Cross X leads the campaign and coordinates the moving parts: brand strategy, content, creators, promotion, lead capture and follow-up, with specialist exhibit and print partners brought into one coordinated plan.

    Cross X leads
    Strategy, content, creators, promotion, follow-up

    Scope
Custom per event, not a package
    Applies to
    Shows, launches, activations, pop-ups

    Five parts,one plan.

An activation goes wrong in the gaps: the booth arrives without a campaign, the content lands after the show, the leads sit in a spreadsheet. One lead team keeps the parts on the same calendar.

    Strategy

Goals, audience, and the campaign plan for the event: what the show needs to produce, who you are trying to reach, and what the week has to look like to get there.

    Experience

Exhibit and print coordination through specialist partners, so the build, signage, install, and logistics are planned against the same calendar as the content and the campaign.

    Content

Photo, video, interviews, and creator casting, planned before load-in and shot for the places the campaign actually runs.

    Promotion

Pre-event launch and live distribution: the announcement, the landing page, and the daily posting rhythm through the show.

    Follow-up

Lead capture, CRM routing, email, SMS and retargeting coordination, plus the sales-ready content your team keeps using after the hall is empty.

    Led, andcoordinated.

We are direct about the line between the work our team runs and the work we bring specialist partners in to do. Fabrication and print are theirs. The plan is ours.

Who it is for,and how it is scoped.

    Best fit

    Exhibitors and launches

Exhibitors, product launches, brand activations, pop-ups, and multi-day campaigns where the event is one part of a bigger push.

    Industries

    Not one category

Automotive, technology, beauty, retail, hospitality, lifestyle, and other live events. Automotive is one lane we work in, not the identity of the offer.

    Scoping

    Custom, after the facts

The engagement is scoped once the event, footprint, dates, goals, and partner requirements are known. Nothing is quoted from a template.

Media spend, venue costs, fabrication, travel, talent usage, and other third-party hard costs are scoped separately where they apply.

    Before you scope it.

Does Cross X build the booth?

No. Cross X leads the campaign, the content, the creators, the promotion, and the follow-up, and coordinates exhibit fabrication, signage, print, and install through qualified specialist partners on one shared plan.

    What does an activation cost?

It is scoped per event. Footprint, dates, travel, crew size, creator count, and partner requirements all move the number, so we quote after a conversation rather than publishing a package price.

    What sits outside the engagement?

Media spend, venue costs, fabrication, travel, talent usage rights, and other third-party hard costs are scoped separately where they apply, so you can see what is production and what is pass-through.

What if we only need a crew?

Then take convention coverage instead. Plenty of clients only need photo and video at the booth, and that stays its own service with its own packages.

    Plan theactivation.

Tell us the event, the dates, and what the week has to produce. We come back with a scope, the partners it needs, and what sits inside the engagement versus what is a pass-through cost. Booth details can wait if you do not have them yet.

    Or just book convention coverage
