Automotive brand launches
Bring the product. We’ll build the launcharound it.
Cross X plans automotive campaigns around a product reveal, trade show, vehicle build, or brand activation. Creative direction, film and photography, selected creators, and digital follow-through work from one plan. Exhibit graphics, print, and fabrication are coordinated with specialist partners when the project calls for them.

One launch plan.Only the parts it needs.
The page, the floor, the camera, the creator, and the follow-up should not tell five different stories. We define the buyer decision first, then build the right pieces around it.
Launch strategy
The product, buyer, reveal moment, proof points, channels, and handoffs are decided before cameras roll. That gives the shoot, event footprint, creator brief, landing page, and sales follow-up one job to do.
On-site experience and partners
Cross X coordinates the campaign around the physical experience. Exhibit graphics, print, fabrication, install, and collateral can be produced through specialist partners, including Solid Promo Prints when the fit and scope call for it. Cross X does not fabricate booths in house.
Film, photography, and selected creators
Hero film, product detail, demos, interviews, vertical cuts, stills, and creator appearances are planned as one capture system. Creator participation and usage rights are selected and contracted per campaign, never assumed.
Distribution and buyer follow-up
The launch can continue through a campaign page, organic publishing, paid media, lead capture, CRM routing, and post-show follow-up. Each piece is scoped separately so the plan stays accountable to the actual launch goal.

These are working models, not public packages. Crew, travel, talent, usage, media, print, fabrication, and deadlines are quoted only when they apply.
A bounded coverage project
A defined shoot around a vehicle reveal, product demo, booth, or activation. The scope names the crew, moments, formats, turnaround, and usage before production begins.
A coordinated launch
Creative direction, film and photography, selected talent, launch-page support, distribution, and partner-produced physical pieces working from one calendar and one approved message.
A multi-event campaign
A repeatable launch system for several shows or markets, with a shared creative platform and show-specific capture plans. Travel, talent, media, fabrication, and other third-party costs remain visible in each scope.
Built around the occasion.
A product can launch at its own reveal, inside a build, on a show floor, or across several events. Choose the occasion that best matches the buyers, setting, and content the campaign needs.

Before we scope it.
Does every automotive launch include creators, an exhibit, and paid promotion?
No. The scope is built around the product, audience, deadline, and channels that matter. A project may be a focused film and photography assignment, a creator-led reveal, an event activation, or a connected campaign across several of those pieces.
Does Cross X Agency fabricate booths or print graphics in house?
No. Cross X leads strategy, creative, content, creator coordination, digital distribution, and follow-up. Exhibit graphics, print, fabrication, install, and related production are coordinated with specialist partners when the scope calls for them.
How are creators selected and contracted?
Creators are selected for audience fit, format, location, and the role they need to play in the campaign. Individual talent, deliverables, posting terms, and usage rights are scoped and contracted for the project. Cross X does not promise a fixed network or guaranteed reach.
Can the campaign continue after the event or reveal?
Yes. The launch plan can include organized content delivery, landing pages, paid distribution, lead routing, email and SMS follow-up, and a post-launch publishing sequence. Those pieces are included only when they are part of the approved scope.
Put the launchon one page.
Share the brand, product, date, and what the launch needs to move. A rough scope is enough. We will separate the core work, optional pieces, partner production, and pass-through costs before anything is approved.
