A service-led automotive website and CRM for Lusso Auto Design, supported by recurring Content Drop production.

Services provided
Lusso Auto Design offers multiple automotive services and documents completed vehicles in depth. The website needed to give each service its own useful destination, connect that work to individual projects, and provide a direct booking path without reducing the brand to a generic gallery.
Cross X Agency built the website and the connected CRM path, and continues to produce recurring content. The public site includes distinct service pages, project pages, editorial posts, and a current booking route.

The site gives recurring media a permanent place to live beyond a social feed. Service pages explain the work, project pages show relevant vehicles, and editorial posts add context. The result is a clearer library for a visitor deciding what to ask the shop about.
Lusso does not sell a cart item. Service pages explain what the shop does, project pages show the vehicles it has finished, and journal posts add context, then each of those routes ends at a scoped consultation request at the shop's booking page rather than a checkout.
Requests connect to the CRM so an inquiry about a specific service arrives with the context the shop needs. Recurring photo and video production feeds the same structure, which keeps the project library growing without a redesign.
Send the business and the current site. We review both and come back with recommended pages, scope, and a quote.
