A website and connected CRM for Color Drop Painting, supported by original jobsite photography and a tested estimate-request workflow.

Services provided
Color Drop Painting needed a website that could separate residential, commercial, HOA, and project intent without making visitors decode a generic list of services. The public experience also needed a direct route to an estimate, while the internal path needed to make each request visible to the team.
Cross X Agency planned and built the website, connected the CRM, and produced original photography on active Las Vegas jobsites. The work was treated as one path from service research to estimate follow-up rather than as a collection of disconnected pages and tools.

An estimate request lands in the CRM with a defined owner instead of a shared inbox, and the team is notified when it arrives. Proposal activity is visible in the same place, so an accepted or rejected proposal triggers an alert rather than a manual check. The notification, destination, and alert steps were tested before launch.
The public routes to that request are deliberately repetitive: the estimate action appears in the header, inside each service page, and again at the end of a project page, so a homeowner never has to scroll back to find it on a phone.
Residential repaints, commercial exteriors, and HOA projects are described separately because they carry different scopes, approvals, and timelines. Service-area content reflects the Nevada and Utah coverage the company actually works in, rather than a list of towns added for search volume.
The photography on the site is Color Drop's own crew, lifts, sprayers, and finished walls, shot on active jobsites. Using real work removed the stock imagery that made the previous presentation interchangeable with any other painting company.
The company preferred estimate and contact wording over quote language, so the buttons, form labels, and page copy use one consistent phrase across the site. That consistency matters more than clever wording: a visitor should recognize the same action wherever they meet it.
Send the business and the current site. We review both and come back with recommended pages, scope, and a quote.
