A website and CRM backend for Rocket Air Conditioning, with supporting video produced during the engagement.

Services provided
Heating and air conditioning visitors do not all arrive with the same need. An urgent repair, a planned replacement, routine maintenance, and commercial work require different information and different next steps. Rocket Air Conditioning needed a public site that could make those paths understandable for Las Vegas-area visitors.
Cross X Agency built the website and CRM backend and produced some supporting video. The public site separates residential and commercial work, repair, maintenance, replacement, service areas, and contact paths without treating every visitor as the same inquiry.
A repair visitor needs to understand coverage and reach the company quickly. A replacement visitor needs enough room to consider property and equipment context. A commercial buyer needs a path that recognizes a different approval process. The site gives those decisions separate space instead of forcing them through one undifferentiated page.
The service request collects property type, the service needed, urgency, and ZIP code, plus a short note about the equipment or problem. That is enough for the office to decide whether a call, a scheduled visit, or a replacement consultation is the right response, without turning the form into an inspection.
Requests move into the CRM backend so each one has a destination and an owner. On mobile the call action stays reachable at the top of the repair pages, because an urgent visitor with no cooling is not going to fill in a form.
Each of the four paths has its own page and its own next step. Repair leads with coverage and a call. Replacement gives room for property and equipment context before a consultation. Maintenance explains scope and scheduling. Commercial recognizes a building contact and a different approval process.
Supporting video produced during the engagement is used on the site so the company, trucks, and technicians appear as themselves rather than as stock HVAC footage.
Send the business and the current site. We review both and come back with recommended pages, scope, and a quote.
