    The brief

Print buyers often know the product they need but still need to understand capabilities, ordering, custom specifications, and what files to provide. Solid Promo Prints needed a site that could support direct product research and custom quote requests without placing every capability on one page.

Cross X Agency built the website and provides Content Drop production. The public structure includes product and service information, ordering routes, custom quote access, live-event printing information, and guidance related to artwork or reference uploads.

    What the website organizes

    • Product and service discovery
    • Direct ordering where appropriate
    • A custom quote route for scoped work
    • Live-event printing information
    • Artwork and reference-upload guidance
    • Supporting recurring content

    Two different buying paths

A standard product order and a custom print job should not ask a buyer to take the same route. The site separates products that can move directly toward ordering from work that needs quantities, specifications, artwork, or an event discussion before it can be priced.

    Three buying situations, three routes

Stock promotional products can move directly toward an order, because the buyer already knows the item and the quantity. Custom work takes a different route that asks for quantities, specifications, and artwork or a reference file, since it cannot be priced from a product page. Live-event printing is explained on its own, where dates, setup, and on-site logistics matter more than a unit price.

Artwork guidance sits next to the custom request instead of in a separate downloads page, which cuts the back and forth over file formats. Recurring content production keeps product and event work visible after the build.
