    Main content

Social media managementbuilt around real work.

Cross X Agency runs social for Las Vegas businesses: the monthly plan, the posts, publishing on an agreed cadence, approvals and account access, and an honest read of what earned attention. Filming is paired through the Content Drop or scoped separately.

    Channels we keep publishing.

A barbershop, an automotive shop, and a gym brand. Real client content, planned into a feed that keeps moving between shoots.

Shop days, product features, and stylist work planned into a steady vertical feed.

Build reveals and shop days scheduled so the channel keeps working between projects.

Training footage cut for the feed, so the channel shows the room instead of stock quotes.

    What running the channel includes.

Social Media is the ongoing layer: what gets published, when it goes out, how it is framed, and what the next month should learn from.

    The month, planned first

Themes, platforms, and how often the channel posts are agreed before anything is scheduled.

    Posts written for the platform

Each asset gets a caption and hook for where it is going, not one caption copied across all of them.

    Publishing on the agreed cadence

Posts go out on the schedule you signed off on, so the feed stops depending on whoever has time.

    Approvals, access, and reply rules

One place for review, one clear owner per account, and agreed rules for replies and messages that should reach your team.

A monthly read, then a decision

We report what earned attention and what came in, then that decides the next round instead of guessing.

Photo and video production, paid media, influencer work, and intensive daily community management are scoped separately.

    Shot once. Working every month.

A shoot day creates the photos and videos. Social Media plans, publishes, coordinates approvals, and reviews performance using that library month after month. They work well together, but neither one is hidden inside the other.

    Worth asking first.

    Is the filming included?

No. Social Media is the planning, publishing, and reporting layer. Photos and videos come from the Content Drop or a scoped shoot, and both are quoted separately so nothing is hidden inside the other.

Can you work with content we already have?

Yes. If you have a usable library, we plan and publish from it. If it runs thin, we will say so and price a shoot rather than stretch it.

What does the monthly report cover?

What was published, what earned attention, and what came in. We do not promise follower or reach numbers, because organic results are not something any agency can guarantee.
