    Recurring content, tuned over time

Social media management and recurring content production.

Random posts drift. Without a real plan, a repeatable production cadence, and a way to tune what actually works, social presence quietly becomes noise, and the business slips out of memory before the next purchase decision.

Cross X plans the calendar, produces the assets on a defined cadence, and tunes the mix based on what earns attention. Paid amplification on Meta is available as a separately scoped add-on, not included by default.

    Where it fits

The ongoing cadence around the Content Drop.

The Content Drop is a focused shoot-day package that can be booked once or repeated on a recurring cadence. This scope is the broader ongoing planning and production system that runs across shoot days, including recurring Content Drops, so the calendar stays full and each piece is used deliberately. Community management, DMs, and full-service posting are not included by default. Paid amplification on Meta is available as a separately scoped add-on.

    The build

    How the work is built.

This scope covers two things by default: a monthly plan you approve once, and production days that fill it. Paid amplification on Meta is available as a separately scoped add-on. The Content Drop pairs cleanly with this cadence as the shoot-day engine — booked once or repeated — and Production covers larger, standalone shoots.

    01

    Plan the calendar.

A monthly content plan tied to the platforms your customers actually use. Cadence, formats, and topics agreed once so production and publishing can run without weekly renegotiation.

    02

    Produce the assets.

Static, video, and vertical formats produced on a defined cadence. Delivered in your brand voice with source files handed off, not locked to an agency library.

    03

    Amplify what works (optional add-on).

Meta paid amplification behind the pieces that clearly earn attention organically. Scoped separately when needed. Ad spend goes to the client's ad account; targeting and tuning are handled here.

    Included scope

    What's in the recurring scope.

    Monthly content plan.

A calendar approved once per month. Captions, formats, and post order documented so production can run without back-and-forth.

    Production days.

Static and short-form video produced on a defined cadence, delivered in your brand voice with source files retained by the client.

    Paid amplification (optional).

Meta paid amplification of the pieces that already earn attention. Scoped and priced separately from the base recurring scope. Ad account and spend remain with the client.

    Content ownership.

All final assets and raw source files are handed off. Nothing is held hostage in an agency workspace.

    Reporting.

Reach, saved and shared content, and lead signals tied back to the pieces that produced them. Not a vanity dashboard.

    Scope boundaries.

Community management, DMs, and full-service posting are not included by default. They can be added if the business needs them, but they are never implied here.

    Ownership

    The accounts stay with you.

    Your access

Approved accounts, assets, and logins are created in, or transferred to, your ownership.

    Documented handoff

Owners, permissions, and next actions are written down before launch or transition.

    Portable scope

The completed foundation can be documented and transitioned to your team, subject to the software and vendor subscriptions in the approved stack.

How this fits: Social media management can be bought on its own as a standalone project, or as one module of the connected system Cross X Agency installs in The Lead Leak Fix, which runs on Cross X OS.
