    What needs to be captured

What needs to be captured at your NACS booth?

    Foodservice and equipment demos

Coffee programs, dispensed beverages, hot food and roller-grill programs, and equipment actually running, shot close enough that an operator can see how it works and how fast it is.

    In-store concept displays

Store-within-a-booth builds, planogram and cooler sets, signage, and category resets walked through the way a retailer would experience them.

New product launches and packaged goods

Launch moments, packaging and label detail, sampling stations, and the pack-out shots your category presentations need.

    Buyer and distributor conversations

Booth traffic, rep conversations, and short retailer or distributor testimonials from the buyers already standing in front of you.

    Selected frames

The shooting style your NACS coverage is planned around.

Frames from past Cross X Agency trade show and brand production work in Las Vegas. Shown to give a sense of the lighting, framing, and detail level a NACS booth shoot is planned around, applied to product, equipment, and concept displays.

    The short answer

What does Cross X Agency cover at the NACS Show 2026 in Las Vegas?

Cross X Agency provides video and photo coverage for NACS Show 2026 exhibitors at the Las Vegas Convention Center, October 6 to 9, 2026. A local Las Vegas crew shoots your booth, live foodservice and equipment demos, in-store concept displays, new product launches, and buyer and distributor conversations, and the first finished deliverable comes back within 24 hours.

The crew, the gear, and the editors are all based in Las Vegas, so there is no travel, lodging, or per-diem line on the quote. Three packages cover it: The Reveal Kit for a single launch or demo day, The Booth Library for full-show coverage, and The Convention Takeover for daily drops across all four days. Every finished cut and edited still is delivered to a Google Drive you own.

The same crew covers other Las Vegas shows, so you can compare the convention coverage overview, our NECA coverage, or the Las Vegas trade show videographer service page before booking.

    SEMA Show

Badges and Las Vegas Convention Center floor access

Exhibitor badge counts, any NACS media or filming approvals, and hall rules confirmed against your booth number in the Las Vegas Convention Center halls.

Demo, sampling, and run of show

Foodservice demos and sampling windows run on a repeating schedule. We plan which run gets the multi-camera treatment, and where lighting and audio need help on a loud floor with hot equipment nearby.

    Food styling and product handling

Food looks good for a short window. We plan hero passes early in each run, and confirm who plates, refills, and resets between takes so the product never looks tired on camera.

    Retailer and distributor deliverables

Retailer logos, SKUs, pack sizes, and category-review timelines mapped so buyer-facing cutdowns land on the right day.

    Plan, capture, deliver

NACS floor coverage is led by a Cross X Agency media director with a DP and (where scoped) a photographer working the booth from open to close for the days included in the package.

    3. Edit and deliver on schedule

First planned deliverable per the chosen package, then remaining demo cuts, product stills, and any retailer or distributor deliverables organized in your Drive.

    FAQ

    Common questions

The NACS Show 2026 runs October 6-9, 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Hall assignments and show hours can change, so we confirm your exhibit hall, booth number, and open and close times against NACS's official exhibitor materials before we lock the shot list.

We ask for 60 days or more before October 6. That window is what lets us confirm exhibitor badges, your Las Vegas Convention Center load-in slot, and your demo and sampling schedule before the crew is committed elsewhere. We have taken last-minute bookings during Las Vegas convention weeks, but late planning usually costs you the multi-camera setup on your best demo run.

Our crew works on badges from your exhibitor allotment, which is the simplest path for booth filming. Filming inside your own booth space is normally your call as the exhibitor; filming aisles, other exhibitors, or NACS stage and education sessions needs show approval. We check the current rules in NACS's exhibitor documentation and tell you which requests we need you to submit.

Yes, and on a show like NACS that is most of what we shoot. The presenter gets a wireless lav rather than camera audio, a second angle covers the hands and the equipment, and we shoot macro passes on the pack, the label, and the finished food. Because food only looks its best for a short window, we plan hero passes at the start of a run and confirm who is plating and resetting between takes.

Yes. Store-within-a-booth builds, cooler and planogram sets, and category resets are usually shot early in the morning before the aisles fill, so the walkthrough reads clean. We shoot it both as a moving walkthrough for social and as stills your category and merchandising teams can drop into retailer presentations.

Yes. Short 60 to 90 second interviews with the retailers, operators, and distributors already visiting your booth are some of the highest-value NACS footage, because it is your actual buyer explaining the problem your product solves. We set a small interview corner in or beside your booth so it does not block sampling traffic, and we handle release forms.

NACS coverage is led by a Cross X Agency media director, with a DP at minimum and a photographer or second camera added when the package, demo schedule, or booth size calls for it.

Every package includes a first deliverable within 24 to 72 hours, so content posts while the show is still open. The full library follows after the show.

You do. Finished cuts, stills, and any retailer or distributor deliverables are delivered to a Google Drive under your account, with no watermarks and no ongoing license fee.

No. We have not covered a NACS Show yet, so everything on this page is prior Cross X Agency work from Las Vegas trade shows. It is here to show crew capability, lighting, and turnaround, not to imply NACS experience or any NACS affiliation.

Yes. Cross X Agency is based in Las Vegas at 10801 W Charleston Blvd, a short drive from the Las Vegas Convention Center, so there is no travel, lodging, or per-diem line item on a NACS quote.

Yes. Video and photo production runs year round, including store and facility features for convenience retail brands, product and packaging shoots at your own location, foodservice demo content, training clips, and team interviews.
