    The short answer

What does Cross X Agency cover at NECA 2026 in Las Vegas?

Cross X Agency provides video and photo coverage for NECA 2026 exhibitors at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, October 4 to 7, 2026. A local Las Vegas crew shoots your booth, live product demos, training sessions, and contractor interviews, and the first finished deliverable comes back within 24 hours.

The crew, the gear, and the editors are all based in Las Vegas, so there is no travel, lodging, or per-diem line on the quote. Three packages cover it: The Reveal Kit for a single demo day, The Booth Library for full-show coverage, and The Convention Takeover for daily drops across all four days. Every finished cut and edited still is delivered to a Google Drive you own.

The same crew covers other Las Vegas shows, so you can compare the convention coverage overview, our SEMA Show coverage and NACS coverage pages, or the Las Vegas trade show videographer service page before booking.

    What needs to be captured

What needs to be captured at your NECA booth?

    Live product demos

Tools, gear, panels, and connected products actually running, shot close enough that a contractor can see how the thing works.

    Contractor and distributor conversations

Booth traffic, rep conversations, and short customer testimonials from the contractors and distributors already standing in front of you.

    Training and launch moments

New equipment launches, certification and training sessions, and stage or booth presentations captured as clean standalone clips.

    Where planning matters

What gets sorted out before NECA show week?

Badges and Mandalay Bay floor access

Exhibitor badge counts, any NECA media or filming approvals, and hall rules confirmed against your booth number in the Mandalay Bay exhibit halls.

Demo run of show and shot list

Demos usually run on a repeating schedule. We plan which run gets the multi-camera treatment, and where the lighting and audio need help on a loud floor.

    Distributor and channel deliverables

Distributor logos, product SKUs, spec callouts, and delivery timelines mapped so channel partner cutdowns land on the right day.

    Post-show posting plan

Before the floor opens we map the posting order for your NECA clips, which platform each cut is sized for, and the captions and descriptions so content keeps working after show week.

    Plan, capture, deliver

How does NECA coverage run on the floor?

    1. Plan the show

Exhibitor badges, the Mandalay Bay load-in window, booth layout, demo schedule, and interview list confirmed. Package and turnaround chosen before the crew shows up.

    2. Capture the days scoped

NECA floor coverage is led by John, Lead Media Director, with a DP and (where scoped) a photographer working the booth from open to close for the days included in the package.

    3. Edit and deliver on schedule

First planned deliverable per the chosen package, then remaining demo cuts, stills, and any distributor deliverables organized in your Drive.

    Selected frames

The shooting style your NECA coverage is planned around.

    FAQ

    Common questions

NECA 2026 runs October 4-7, 2026 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. Dates and hall assignments can change, so we confirm your exhibit hall, booth number, and show hours against NECA's official exhibitor materials before we lock the shot list.

We ask for 60 days or more before October 4. That window is what lets us confirm exhibitor badges, your Mandalay Bay load-in slot, and the demo schedule at your booth before the crew is committed elsewhere. We have taken last-minute NECA-week bookings, but late planning usually costs you the multi-camera setup on your best demo run.

Our crew works on badges from your exhibitor allotment, which is the simplest path for booth filming. Filming inside your own booth space is normally your call as the exhibitor; filming aisles, other booths, or NECA stage and training sessions needs show approval. We confirm the current rules in NECA's exhibitor documentation and tell you which requests we need you to submit.

Yes, and that is most of what we shoot at a show like NECA. Demos get wireless lav audio on the person presenting rather than camera audio, a second angle on the hands and the equipment itself, and macro detail passes on labels, panels, terminations, and displays. We plan which scheduled demo run gets the full multi-camera treatment so your team is not performing for the camera all four days.

Yes, where the show approves it. Session capture is a separate line from booth coverage because the room, seating, and projector or screen setup change the lighting and audio plan. Tell us which sessions your people are presenting and we scope them into the package.

Yes. Short 60 to 90 second interviews with the contractors and distributors already visiting your booth are some of the highest-value NECA footage, because it is your actual buyer explaining the problem your product solves. We set a small interview corner in or beside your booth so it does not block demo traffic, and we handle release forms.

NECA coverage is led by John, Lead Media Director at Cross X Agency, with a DP at minimum and a photographer or second camera added when the package or demo schedule calls for it.

Every package includes a first deliverable within 24 to 72 hours, so content posts while the show is still open. The full library follows after the show.

You do. Finished cuts, stills, and any distributor or channel-partner deliverables are delivered to a Google Drive under your account, with no watermarks and no ongoing license fee.

No. We have not covered a NECA show yet, so everything on this page is prior Cross X Agency work from the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, and each image and clip is labeled that way. It is here to show crew capability, lighting, and turnaround, not to imply NECA experience or any NECA affiliation.

Yes. Cross X Agency is based in Las Vegas at 10801 W Charleston Blvd, roughly ten miles from Mandalay Bay, so there is no travel, lodging, or per-diem line item on a NECA quote.

Yes. Video and photo production runs year round, including jobsite and facility features for electrical contractors, product demo shoots at your own shop or warehouse, training content, and team interviews.
