Essen Motor Show · Messe Essen
Essen Motor Showcontent fortuning brands.
Essen is a nine-day show, not a three-day sprint, and that changes everything about how it should be filmed. Cross X Agency plans a rotation instead of one frantic pass: builds and product covered early, interviews and reaction captured while the halls are full, and finished cuts released across the run so your feed stays live the whole time.

What to captureacross nine days.
A long show rewards a plan with phases. The build looks its best before the halls fill, the crowd is the proof in the middle, and the last weekend is when a recap actually gets watched.
Builds covered before the crowd
Preview day and early mornings used for clean walkarounds, paint, wheels, and interior detail with no visitors in frame.
Tuning and performance detail
Exhaust, aero, turbo, suspension, and wheel fitment filmed tight, with sound captured where the hall allows it.
Crowd and reaction as proof
Full halls and people leaning into your stand, which is the part a buyer at home cannot see from a product photo.
Interviews planned in two languages
Interview questions and on-screen captions planned for English and German audiences so one conversation serves both feeds.
Motorsport arena and stage moments
Scheduled driving demonstrations and stage appearances covered where access and organizer rules permit, agreed in advance rather than chased.
A daily release rhythm
Cuts delivered through the run instead of one dump at the end, so your posting does not go quiet during the busiest visitor days.
Before, during,and after the show.
An international show is planned twice: once for the coverage and once for the logistics. Both are settled in writing before the crew flies, including which days the crew is on site across the nine-day run.

Before
Days on site and hall plan agreed
Hall and stand number, which of the nine days the crew covers, preview day access, build arrival times, and the interview list confirmed remotely.
During
Phased coverage, daily cuts
Clean detail work in the quiet windows, crowd and conversation in the peaks, and finished vertical cuts released as the show runs.
After
Recap and a library you own
A show recap plus organized finished files in a Google Drive under your account, ready for the campaign that follows the show.

Any package can add creator talent. We book niche creators and presenters directly for show week, like automotive creators Caden Underwood, whose client reels have reached up to 4.9M views, and Angelica Gavia (@bk2.dory). They can walk your booth, demo your products, and appear on camera in your place if you or your team are not available or would rather stay off camera, and your products show up in their feeds while the show is still open.
Before you book.
You are based in Las Vegas. How does travel work?
Travel and lodging for the crew are quoted as a separate line in the proposal, so the coverage scope and the travel cost stay readable. Once the show is booked we hold the dates, plan the shoot remotely with your team, and arrive ahead of load-in.
Do you cover all nine days?
Only if that is what you are paying for. Most exhibitors get more value from a focused block: preview day plus the first weekend for clean builds and peak traffic, then a return day for the closing weekend. We recommend the block in the proposal and you decide.
How fast do we get content during the show?
Every package includes a first deliverable within 24 to 72 hours, so content posts while the show is still open. The full library follows after the show.
Who owns the finished files?
You do. Finished videos and edited photos are delivered to a Google Drive under your account with no watermarks. The Convention Takeover also includes the full raw footage library.
Plan Essencoverage early.
International dates are held first and planned in detail. Send your hall, stand, and what you are bringing, and we will come back with a day-by-day coverage plan and a separate travel line.
