NAB Show · Las Vegas, April 2027
Demo capture, executive interviews, and workflow explainers for broadcast and media technology exhibitors, shot to a standard your audience will judge harshly.
Cross X Agency is a Las Vegas convention production crew available for NAB Show 2027. Conferences and workshops run April 3 to 7, 2027 and the show floor runs April 4 to 7, 2027. NAB is a room full of people who make video for a living, so the coverage has to hold up technically as well as commercially.
What needs to be captured
The product doing the thing it does, filmed so a working engineer can follow the steps.
Leadership positioning and product depth captured with clean audio in a loud hall.
New releases covered as a usable film rather than a phone clip of a crowded stand.
Where planning matters
At NAB the viewer notices bad audio, rolling shutter on a monitor, and a soft focus pull. Coverage is planned so screens read cleanly and the demo is legible.
Refresh rates, moire, and reflections need attention before rolling. We agree with your product team which screen states and signal paths have to be captured.
The show floor is noisy. Interview positions, lav placement, and fallback quiet locations are scouted before the schedule fills up.
Plan, capture, deliver
Your product team lists the workflows worth filming, the states that must appear on screen, and who speaks to each one. That becomes the shot list, not a generic booth plan.
Demos and interviews are captured in the windows where the booth is workable, with detail and screen passes taken during quieter hours.
Short social cuts for the show week and longer explainer edits for the product pages and sales follow-up, delivered on the agreed schedule.

Wireless lav audio, tight mic placement, and a scouted fallback position away from the loudest aisles. If a workable position does not exist near the stand, we schedule interviews in a quieter window or nearby space.
