NYIAS · Javits Center
New York Auto Showcontent forexhibitors.
The Javits floor is vertical, dense, and relentlessly busy, which is a difficult place to make anything look calm. Cross X Agency travels to New York for aftermarket brands and activation exhibitors and plans around that reality: tight, controlled coverage of the display during the press and industry window, then the density of the public run used as proof rather than fought.

What to captureat the Javits.
A ten day public run in the middle of Manhattan produces enormous footfall and almost no quiet. The plan protects the clean footage and then spends the crowd to your advantage.
Display coverage during press days
Full walkarounds and detail work during the press and industry window, the only reliable time the floor is workable.
Reveals shot from a planned position
Scheduled unveils covered from an agreed camera position, with a second angle where the stand allows it, rather than from behind a crowd.
Density as social proof
Packed aisles and sustained attention at your stand, which is the frame that convinces a buyer nobody can argue with.
Short interviews that survive noise
Wireless lav audio and tight framing so spokesperson clips are usable despite a loud hall, cut to one claim each.
East coast market framing
Captions and pacing cut for a Northeast audience, with versions sized for every platform you publish on.
Release across ten days
Enough material to post through the whole public run, including the weekends that carry the heaviest traffic.
Before, during,and after the show.
New York punishes improvisation. Load-in windows, credential limits, and equipment movement through the building are all confirmed in writing before the crew flies, so no shooting day is lost to logistics.

Before
Access and windows confirmed
Stand position, move-in access, press day credentials through your exhibitor allocation, reveal timing, and the interview list.
During
Press days clean, public days loud
Controlled coverage in the industry window, then reaction, interviews, and crowd footage across the public run.
After
Delivered and owned
Finished cuts and edited stills in a Google Drive under your account, ready to release across the spring.

Any package can add creator talent. We book niche creators and presenters directly for show week, like automotive creators Caden Underwood, whose client reels have reached up to 4.9M views, and Angelica Gavia (@bk2.dory). They can walk your booth, demo your products, and appear on camera in your place if you or your team are not available or would rather stay off camera, and your products show up in their feeds while the show is still open.
Before you book.
Who is this coverage built for?
Aftermarket and accessory brands, custom and restoration builders, wrap, tint, and detail studios, parts and equipment vendors, and brands running an activation on the floor. We produce content for exhibitors and displays. We do not take dealership work.
You are based in Las Vegas. How does travel work?
Travel and lodging for the crew are quoted as a separate line in the proposal, so the coverage scope and the travel cost stay readable. Once the dates are booked we hold them, plan the shoot remotely with your team, and arrive ahead of load-in.
Do you handle credentials and filming permission?
We work from your exhibitor allocation. You add the crew to your exhibitor credentials and confirm any media access with show management, and we plan the shoot around exactly what that allows. We never claim access we have not been granted.
Who owns the finished files?
You do. Finished videos and edited photos are delivered to a Google Drive under your account with no watermarks. The Convention Takeover also includes the full raw footage library.
Plan New Yorkcoverage early.
Send your stand position, whether the crew can be added to your press day credentials, and what you are showing. We will come back with a coverage block and a separate travel line.
