North Texas Auto Expo · Dallas
North TexasAuto Expo contentfor exhibitors.
The Dallas expo sat out 2026 and organizers have said it returns in March 2027, with exact dates still to be published. That is a genuine advantage for an accessory or truck brand willing to plan early: a returning show in one of the strongest truck markets in the country, and a planning runway most exhibitors will waste. Cross X Agency travels to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center and builds the plan now.

What to capturein Dallas.
North Texas buys trucks at a scale that makes accessory brands' entire year. The coverage should be specific about fitment and capability, because that is what this audience argues about.
Truck builds covered consistently
Every unit on your stand walked in the same pattern, so a multi-vehicle display produces a full set of usable edits.
Fitment and hardware detail
Lifts, wheels, bumpers, racks, and tow setups filmed close, with brackets and mounting visible rather than hidden.
Product demonstration in motion
Covers, steps, storage, and lighting filmed operating with hands in frame, which is what actually converts an accessory shopper.
Custom and specialty displays
Paint, wrap, and interior work filmed tight so the craftsmanship carries at phone size.
Crowd proof from a returning show
Full aisles on a show's first weekend back, which is a stronger frame than anything you can stage.
Cuts for a Texas buyer
Captions and pacing pitched at a North Texas audience, sized for every platform you publish on.
Before, during,and after the show.
With the exact March dates unpublished, the sequence starts earlier than usual. We agree the plan, hold a crew window against the announcement, and confirm the days when show management publishes them.

Before
Plan built, March window held
Display list, shot plan, and a tentative crew window held against the organizer announcement, with nothing invoiced against unpublished dates.
During
Clean passes, then the crowd
Controlled vehicle and product coverage during move-in, then demonstrations, interviews, and reaction across the public days.
After
Organized by unit
Finished cuts and edited stills sorted by vehicle and product in a Google Drive under your account.

Any package can add creator talent. We book niche creators and presenters directly for show week, like automotive creators Caden Underwood, whose client reels have reached up to 4.9M views, and Angelica Gavia (@bk2.dory). They can walk your booth, demo your products, and appear on camera in your place if you or your team are not available or would rather stay off camera, and your products show up in their feeds while the show is still open.
Before you book.
Who is this coverage built for?
Aftermarket and accessory brands, custom and restoration builders, wrap, tint, and detail studios, parts and equipment vendors, and brands running an activation on the floor. We produce content for exhibitors and displays. We do not take dealership work.
The dates are not final yet. Can we still plan?
Yes, and planning early is the advantage. We hold a tentative crew window against the organizer announcement, build the coverage plan around your display, and confirm the exact days as soon as show management publishes them. Nothing is invoiced against dates that do not exist.
You are based in Las Vegas. How does travel work?
Travel and lodging for the crew are quoted as a separate line in the proposal, so the coverage scope and the travel cost stay readable. Once the dates are booked we hold them, plan the shoot remotely with your team, and arrive ahead of load-in.
Who owns the finished files?
You do. Finished videos and edited photos are delivered to a Google Drive under your account with no watermarks. The Convention Takeover also includes the full raw footage library.
Plan Dallasbefore the dates land.
Send the vehicles and products you expect to display. We will build the coverage plan now, hold a March window, and confirm the days as soon as the organizer publishes them.
