SHOT Show · Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum, January 2027

SHOT Show Videography and Booth Content in Las Vegas

Booth overviews, product demos, and brand interviews for SHOT Show exhibitors, planned around a show where filming is restricted by policy.

Cross X Agency is a Las Vegas convention production crew available for SHOT Show 2027, running January 19 to 22, 2027 at the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum. Access comes before creative at this show, so the first conversation is about authorization, not shot lists.

    What needs to be captured

What SHOT Show exhibitors need captured.

    Product demos within your booth

Approved product coverage filmed inside your own space, framed for dealer and consumer channels.

    Brand and executive interviews

Leadership and product staff on camera, which is often the easiest content to clear at this show.

Booth overviews and post-show sales assets

A record of the stand plus clips your sales team can send to dealers after the show.

    Where planning matters

Access planning comes first at SHOT Show.

Filming is restricted by show policy

SHOT Show prohibits photography and video except by authorized individuals holding valid media badges or other authorization. A crew cannot simply walk the floor and shoot.

    Close-ups require permission

Even where general filming is allowed, close-up product coverage requires permission. We confirm what is cleared, product by product, before we roll.

    We do not assume approval

Cross X Agency does not claim to be credentialed or approved for SHOT Show. Any access is arranged by you as the exhibitor or granted by show management, and we plan the shoot only after that is confirmed in writing.

    Plan, capture, deliver

    How SHOT Show coverage runs.

    1. Sort access first

You confirm with SHOT Show which badge or authorization path applies to a hired crew. We build no schedule until that answer exists in writing.

    2. Scope to what is cleared

Once access is confirmed, we plan booth coverage, approved product demos, and interviews, and exclude anything that has not been permitted.

    3. Deliver sales-ready assets

Short cuts for dealer follow-up and social, plus a longer brand piece where scoped, delivered on the agreed turnaround.

    FAQ

    Common questions

January 19 to 22, 2027 at the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. Confirm your booth assignment and hall through SHOT Show exhibitor resources.

Only with authorization. SHOT Show prohibits photography and video except by authorized individuals with valid media badges or other authorization, and close-ups require permission. We plan the shoot after that access is confirmed in writing.

No. We do not claim approval, credentials, or any relationship with SHOT Show or NSSF. Access is arranged by you as the exhibitor or granted by show management. If it is not granted, we do not shoot.

That depends entirely on what you and the show approve. In practice, coverage inside your own booth with your own products, plus interviews with your team, is the most straightforward starting point.

We do not shoot the floor. In that case we can discuss alternatives such as filming at a separate location outside the show, which is scoped as its own production.

Send your booth details and what you would like covered through the form, and confirm the access path with the show. We come back with a scoped plan once filming permission is clear.
