Tokyo Auto Salon · Makuhari Messe
Tokyo Auto Saloncontent foraftermarket brands.
If your customers are in the United States, Tokyo Auto Salon is where your year of content gets made. Cross X Agency plans the shoot around the business day, when the halls are workable and your build is still untouched, then uses the public days for the crowd and the outdoor runs. The cuts are edited for a Western feed, not a local one.

Automotive workalready on the floor.
Prior Cross X Agency automotive and convention production in Las Vegas. We travel for this show and do not claim previous coverage of it.
What to captureat Makuhari Messe.
This show is a visual bank for the next twelve months. The priority is clean footage of the builds and parts while access is calm, then the atmosphere that makes a Western audience stop scrolling.
Business day walkarounds
Full build coverage during the industry window on Friday morning, before the public floor makes a clean frame impossible.
Parts and fitment in detail
Wheels, aero, engine bays, and interiors filmed tight and consistently, so a product page and a reel come out of the same pass.
Unveils and stage reveals
Scheduled reveals covered from a planned position agreed with your team, with a second angle where the stand allows it.
Outdoor demonstration runs
Demo runs and driving content in the outdoor area covered where organizer access permits, planned against your stand duties.
Atmosphere a US feed reacts to
Packed halls, culture, and detail that reads as a destination to your American audience, cut with English captions and Western pacing.
One trip, a year of posts
Coverage organized into a library by build, part, and clip length, so the trip keeps producing content long after January.
Before, during,and after the show.
International travel and a three-day show mean the plan is locked well before January. Access rules, stand duties, and the interview list are agreed remotely, and the first cuts move while the show is still trending.

Before
Access and shot list confirmed
Hall and stand, business day credentials, reveal timing, outdoor access, and who is available to speak on camera, all settled in writing.
During
Business day first, public days for energy
Clean product and build coverage in the industry window, crowd, reaction, and outdoor runs across the public days.
After
A library edited for your market
Finished cuts with English captions plus organized stills in a Google Drive under your account, ready to release across the year.

Any package can add creator talent. We book niche creators and presenters directly for show week, like automotive creators Caden Underwood, whose client reels have reached up to 4.9M views, and Angelica Gavia (@bk2.dory). They can walk your booth, demo your products, and appear on camera in your place if you or your team are not available or would rather stay off camera, and your products show up in their feeds while the show is still open.
Before you book.
You are based in Las Vegas. How does travel work?
Travel and lodging for the crew are quoted as a separate line in the proposal, so the coverage scope and the travel cost stay readable. Once the show is booked we hold the dates, plan the shoot remotely with your team, and arrive ahead of load-in.
Do you handle credentials and access in Japan?
We work from your exhibitor allocation. You confirm the crew on your stand credentials and any media access with the organizer, and we plan the shoot around exactly what that allows. We do not claim access we have not been granted.
Is the content edited for a Japanese or a US audience?
Yours. Captions, pacing, and clip length are set for the market you sell in, and English captions are standard unless you ask for something else.
Who owns the finished files?
You do. Finished videos and edited photos are delivered to a Google Drive under your account with no watermarks. The Convention Takeover also includes the full raw footage library.
Lock Tokyobefore January.
Travel dates and crew are limited for an overseas show. Send your stand details and what you are bringing, and we will come back with a three-day coverage plan and a separate travel line.
