    CRM and follow-upfor PPF shops.

A film quote is impossible to give well without the vehicle and the coverage in front of you. When the inquiry arrives with neither, the next three messages are spent collecting what the form should have asked for, and the buyer has already heard back from someone else.

What a useful film inquiry has to capture.

The goal is not a longer form. It is a form that collects only what a real quote depends on, so the first reply from your shop can be specific.

    Year, make, and model

Coverage and labor depend entirely on the vehicle. Without it, every reply starts by asking, and the buyer starts comparing.

    Coverage or package interest

Whatever tiers your shop actually prices, in your own words. The intake reflects your pricing structure. Cross X Agency does not invent package names or film brands for you.

    Current paint condition

New, driven, previously corrected, or already carrying film. It changes the scope of the conversation and often the honest recommendation.

    Photos

Two or three phone photos answer questions no form field can. The intake asks for them and attaches them to the record so nobody hunts through a message thread.

    Timeline and location context

Whether the vehicle is available this week or after delivery, and where it is coming from. This decides how the follow up is sequenced.

    Inquiry to installed and delivered.

One record, one owner, and a stage that always answers who the next move belongs to. Stage names are set from your shop's process during the build.

    Inquiry

Call, form, message, or referral becomes one record with a source and an owner, whatever door it came through.

    Qualified or needs information

Vehicle, coverage interest, condition, and photos are present, or the record shows exactly what is still missing.

    Quote or consultation

A number or an in person look at the paint, logged against the record so follow up references the actual quote.

    Deposit and scheduled

Commitment and a date, handed to whoever owns the install calendar as part of the system.

    Installed and delivered

Work completed, record closed against its original source, and the post install follow up agreed in scope goes out.

    What gets installed.

The same one time installation the rest of the automotive family uses, configured around film work rather than a generic sales process.

The intake points agreed in scope

Website and landing page forms, the phone numbers you want tracked, and the message sources included in scope are connected so a new inquiry creates a record instead of living in whichever app it arrived in. Sources outside that scope are not claimed to be connected.

A pipeline that matches how you sell

Stages named after the real steps your business takes, so a glance tells you what is waiting on you and what is waiting on the customer. Stage names are set from your process, not from a template.

    Assignment and routing

Every new record gets an owner. Routing rules are configured from the way your team already splits work, so nothing sits unclaimed while everyone assumes someone else picked it up.

The follow up agreed in scope

A first response, reminders on the records that go quiet, and the internal notifications your team needs. Automations are written to the sequence you approve. Anything requiring judgment stays with a person.

The system carries the path. Your team still runs the business.

    What the installed system does

It catches every inquiry from the sources in scope, puts it in one place with an owner, starts the agreed first response, reminds someone when a record goes quiet, moves the work through named stages, and reports which sources turned into real jobs.

    What your team still does

Answer the call, ask the questions the software cannot ask, quote and estimate honestly, book the work, update the real status when something changes, and do the job well. Software does not sell for you and Cross X Agency will not pretend otherwise.

    Verified automotive systems work.

Named with the client's approval. Both are verified Cross X Agency website and CRM engagements for automotive businesses. Neither is presented as a case study for the specific niche this page describes, and no result is claimed for either.

    Lusso Auto Design

Cross X Agency built the website and the CRM behind it, and produces recurring content for the shop. Inquiries from the site reach a pipeline instead of sitting in a shared inbox, and the team works from one place.

    Undercover Customz

Website and CRM built by Cross X Agency. The same pattern as above: a site whose forms and calls are wired into a pipeline with stages, an owner per lead, and the follow up agreed in scope.

    What it costs.

Setup is scoped to the work.

What it costs depends on how many lead sources, pipelines, and automations we connect, and how much of your current setup stays. You get the scope and the number in writing before anything starts.

After launch there is a monthly amount for Cross X OS software and lite management of the installed system. If Cross X Agency also runs the wider marketing and growth work around it, that retainer is quoted for the business and is not required to keep the system running.

    Before you buy.

Will the intake publish film brands or warranty terms?

Only what your shop supplies and approves. Cross X Agency does not write film specifications, warranty language, or coverage claims on your behalf, on the form or anywhere else.

What exactly is Cross X OS?

It is the software the installed system runs on: the CRM, the pipeline, routing, the agreed automations, tracking, and reporting. Lead Leak Fix is the one time installation that sets it up around your business. The $497 per month covers the software and lite management of what was installed.

Can the follow up chase quotes that go quiet?

Yes, within the sequence you approve. A quote that has not been answered can trigger reminders to the customer and to the owner of the record. What the messages say is written with you, not generated automatically.

Do I have to buy marketing from Cross X Agency too?

No. The installation and the monthly software stand on their own. If you later want Cross X Agency running the wider growth work, the agreed SEO, paid media, content, and conversion work sits in a separate custom retainer that is quoted for the business.

We will look at what your current form asks, where those inquiries land, and how long a first reply takes today. Then you will know whether an installation is worth it.
