Short answer: give every real service its own page, make each page carry specific scope, exclusions, proof of that exact work, and a quote path built for that service, then link the pages to each other and to the relevant location pages. Do not create pages that differ only by a swapped keyword, because that is the definition of a doorway page.
Auto shops usually sell several distinct services to buyers with very different questions. A tint buyer and a paint correction buyer are not reading for the same thing, and a single services page that lists everything in a paragraph serves neither of them. The fix is architecture, not more copy.
