    Content Drop for Home Services

Content Production for Home Service Businesses

One organized production day in the field, cut into a finished vertical library you own.

Plan the jobsite, the team, and the seasonal angles so a single shoot day covers real work, technician education, and service reminders.

    Who this is for

Plan the jobsite, team, and seasonal angles.

    HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping

If the team shows up in a truck, brings tools, and leaves a jobsite different than they found it, one day gives the library enough coverage.

Owners who want the team to look local

Technician-on-camera pieces filmed like a real explanation, not a scripted commercial.

Teams tired of generic stock content

Real trucks, real crews, and real jobsites instead of licensed images and quote graphics.

    Where planning matters

The specifics we sort out before the shoot.

    Homeowner permission

Written permission from the customer to film the jobsite, the work, and, where appropriate, the property before the day is booked.

    Job type and stage

Installations, replacements, and repairs each need to be filmed at the right point so before, during, and after all land.

    Route, timing, and weather

Ride-along days depend on the schedule and site conditions. If a job isn't safe or ready, the day is rescheduled.

    Plan, capture, deliver

    How the production runs.

    1. Plan the shot list

Pick the ride-along day, confirm homeowner permissions, and align on the transformations, process moments, and technician or owner explanations the day should include.

    2. Capture the day with direction

Directed shoot with proper lighting and audio, working around the crew so the service work continues while transformation and process shots are captured.

    3. Edit, organize, and deliver

Finished vertical videos captioned and organized in your Google Drive, ready to review and publish from Cross X Social, the scheduler included with your Drop.

    FAQ

    Common questions

Pick a ride-along day with jobs that give a clear transformation (a replacement, a repair, or an install) and lock down the customer's written permission ahead of time. We align on the shot list so before, during, and after all land during the day, and we work around the crew so the service work continues while we film.

No. The library works with transformation and process footage alone. If a technician or owner wants to record a few short answers for homeowner-facing questions, we direct those on the same day.

Yes. Everything is edited vertical, captioned, and organized in your Google Drive so it can be posted to any of those platforms directly.

The company does, in Cross X Social, the scheduler included with your Drop. If a separately scoped management engagement is needed, that's a different conversation.

Finished files are yours in a Google Drive under your account. On the Max Drop, raw footage is included so future edits stay in-house.

Standard delivery is within 15 days of the final shoot day. If it misses that window, $500 comes back. The 15-day clock starts when the shoot is wrapped.
