    Content Drop for Auto Shops

Content Production for Auto Shops Shot in the Bay

One organized production day at the shop, cut into a finished vertical library you own.

Capture the process, the detail, and the shop's expertise in one planned day on the floor.

    Who this is for

Capture process, detail, and shop expertise.

Detailers, PPF and wrap shops, tuners

A car going up on the lift, a wrap coming off the roll, or a full detail starting all give the day enough coverage.

Shops that want real camera work

Cinematic angles, real bodies, and macro detail so gloss, wrap texture, and paint correction actually read on screen.

Owners who want to own the library

One organized production and a library that stays with the shop, not an open-ended monthly retainer.

    Where planning matters

The specifics we sort out before the shoot.

    Vehicle and owner permission

If the car belongs to a customer, we get written permission to film it and, where relevant, the owner on camera before the day is booked.

    Job stage and bay logistics

Walkarounds, process, and reveals each need to happen at the right moment in the workflow so the day gets full coverage.

    Access, light, and reveal timing

Bay lighting, reveal location, and any drive-away shots are planned in advance so the reveal is captured cleanly.

    Plan, capture, deliver

    How the production runs.

    1. Plan the shot list

Pick the vehicle, confirm permissions, and align on walkarounds, process moments, reveals, and any staff or owner explanations the day should include.

    2. Capture the day with direction

Directed shoot with proper lighting and audio, working around the techs so the job continues while process, detail, and reveal shots are captured.

    3. Edit, organize, and deliver

Finished vertical videos captioned and organized in your Google Drive, ready to review and publish from Cross X Social, the scheduler included with your Drop.

    FAQ

    Common questions

Pick a vehicle with a strong before or reveal moment (fresh wrap, full PPF, heavy detail, or a build coming off the lift) and get the owner's written permission if it isn't a shop car. We plan the shot list so walkarounds, process, and the reveal all land during the day, and we work around the techs so the job continues while we film.

No. The library works with process, detail, and reveal footage alone. If a tech or owner wants to record a few short explanations for customer-facing questions, we direct those on the same day.

Yes. Everything is edited vertical, captioned, and organized in your Google Drive so it can be posted to any of those platforms directly.

The shop does, in Cross X Social, the scheduler included with your Drop. If a separately scoped management engagement is needed, that's a different conversation.

Finished files are yours in a Google Drive under your account. On the Max Drop, raw footage is included so future edits stay in-house.

Standard delivery is within 15 days of the final shoot day. If it misses that window, $500 comes back. The 15-day clock starts when the shoot is wrapped.
