Content Drop for Med Spas
A single organized shoot in your space, cut into a finished vertical library the practice can review and publish.
Capture only what the team can approve. Clinical claims, releases, patient notices, and final regulatory review stay with the practice and provider.
Who this is for
We work around treatment schedules and only film with signed consent. The provider stays central.
Cinematic lighting, clean audio, and edits that match how the space actually looks.
One organized production and a library the practice owns, instead of an open-ended management engagement.
Where planning matters
Every patient on camera signs a written release on the day. Face-on, face-blurred, or anonymous close-ups are all decided per patient.
The practice reviews the finished library before anything is published. Clinical claims, disclaimers, and regulatory review stay with the provider.
We plan around real appointment days or block a private shoot morning so the treatment schedule isn't disrupted.
Plan, capture, deliver
Align on the treatments, rooms, provider talking-head topics, and any consented patient footage the day should include. Confirm the approval workflow.
Cinematic lighting and wireless audio, working around real appointments or a private shoot block. Consent, releases, and comfort are handled on set.
Finished vertical videos organized in your Google Drive so the practice can review and approve before publishing.

FAQ
Confirm which providers will be on camera, which treatments and rooms are in scope, and the approval workflow. If any patient footage is included, we align on consent language and how visible faces can be. On the day we bring cinematic lighting and wireless audio and work around your schedule.
Every patient who appears on camera signs a written release on the day of the shoot. Face-on, face-blurred, or anonymous close-ups are all decided per patient. Nothing is published without practice review.
Yes. Everything is edited vertical, captioned, and organized in your Google Drive so the practice can review and publish to any of those platforms.
The practice does, in Cross X Social, the scheduler included with your Drop. If a separately scoped management engagement is needed, that's a different conversation.
Finished files are yours in a Google Drive under the practice. On the Max Drop, raw footage is included so future edits stay in-house.
Standard delivery is within 15 days of the final shoot day. If it misses that window, $500 comes back. The 15-day clock starts when the shoot is wrapped.
